html - input placeholder when change landscape to portrait in iphone -


if put placeholder in input field, when change landscape portrait doesn't resize fine. (iphone safari). use media queries. example:

<div class="content">     <input  class="inputsblock"/>     <br>     <input  class="inputsblock" id="name" placeholder="text"/>     <br>     <input  class="inputsblock"/>     <br>     <input  class="inputsblock"/> </div>

i've tried without placeholder , works. also, 've tried adding placeholder javascript:

$(document).on('ready', function(){         document.getelementbyid('name').setattribute('placeholder',"text");  })

the problem: scroll added , page isn't shown in center

.content{     padding:18px; }  .inputsblock{     padding:0;     width:100%;     border:2px solid #000; }
