Magento 1.7.0.2 COD payment option is not visible even its enabled from admin end. -


i have enabled cod payment option admin side, after not visible payment option while checkout process.

i have custom theme implemented, after switching default theme still not visible.

can 1 please let me know whats best possible way debug issue.

check configuration scope using.

  1. go system > configuration > payment methods
  2. select store (in default magento main website) configuration scope. (top left drop-down)
  3. under payment methods tab select cash on delivery
  4. remove tick use default in-front of enabled drop-down.
  5. enable , save.

that's it.
