node.js - Getting Node to work on windows 7 enterprise -


for better part of day i've been trying node.js work on computer. though no errors during installation, whenever try run node or npm command line error "evented i/o v8 javascript has stopped working" , nothing happens.

i have no clue why isn't working , have work! has else ever had same problem , able fix somehow?

it seems problem ansicon installed cucumber. able fix problem running "ansicon -u" in x64 folder
