c# - Database add connection screen -


a while ago created application prompt user database connection details. found microsoft had created control purpose , had released whole thing (source code included).

it produced display similar following:

i'm trying find control again , can't remember found or name was.

anyone ideas find (i'm sure on codeplex or that)?

jquery - How would i go about shortening this code? And to cancel the previous click on click of new section? -
